It’s in Japanese. Explains what makes lightnings tick, just like a documentary. Even if you don’t understand, the videos are strikingly amazing! Some trivia from the video. Every second, there’s about 50-100 lightning occurrences around the world. Particularly in Central Africa, the Himalayas and South America. Stay indoors whenever there’s a lightning storm outside.

At the Karaoke #2 Ashita ga aru sa

Another post about easy Japanese songs to entertain/impress your friends and bosses at the karaoke. There are 2 versions to this. The original “Ashita ga aru sa” (明日があるさ “There’s always tomorrow”) is a Japanese song that was performed by Japanese singer Kyu Sakamoto. The song tells the story about a boy that everyday meets a girl at a train station but he is to afraid to confess his love to her, the song is written in a comical sense. When the song was released in Japan 1963, it sold over 8 million records.

We were spring cleaning our lab and I chanced upon this sweet box! It was from a time when the Apple logo had colors. By the way, anyone know why the Apple logo has a byte taken out of it? ^^. I was pretty excited when I found this. Does it even still work?
