Some… in fact, most of these photos were flagged as restricted in flickr. If you didn’t have a flickr account, or if you had a flickr account in certain countries, you weren’t allowed to view these ecchi pics. I noticed that some pics had 0 views. Anyway, scroll away. ^^.
With christmas just round the corner, there were quite a number of cute figures in (and trying to get out of) santa suits at hobbycon.

Besides being able to feast our eyes on new and upcoming figures, there was also a flea market at hobbycon. You could buy lots of new/used stuff. Things like figures, old games, toys, cheap gunpla etc. I bought the gundam 0000 with raiser at quite a discount. They were obviously going for volume here. I saw quite a number of mums and dads queuing in line to buy stuff. Don’t know if it’s for themselves or their kids. With christmas so close, let’s give them the benefit of the doubt shall we?
All ¥1500yen… If only I could carry ALL home with me. ^^. Since I can’t, I just have to make do with buying each for ¥1500…
Whenever I attend hobby shows like wonfes or the recent hobbycon, I’m always amazed at the huge camera setups that some photographers lug around to take photos of the figures on display. There are a few levels. Keitai, compact, dlsr and huge dslr setup. I’m only on level 3. ^^.
I haven’t seen a picture taken by one of these setups, but given the extra mile in acquiring such a setup, I think the pictures should turn out pretty good.
So, I was at Hobby Complex 6 on Sunday. My very first appearance at hobby complex. Heard that it was twice as big as last year. Probably has something to do with the cancellation of winter wonder fest. I took quite a few photos. Some NSFW.
It’s alot smaller than wonfes I attended earlier, but still an interesting event. Loads of figures and stuff.
Can’t leave hobby complex without any loot in hand. ^^. The ikkitousen figure on the left for me, and the GN-0000+GNR-010 00 Raiser (with light-up GN Drive lights) christmas present for a friend. A steal too. ¥3740 for Gundam 0000, usually ¥5200ish.
Up early on a Sunday finding my way to Tokyo Big Sight for Hobby Complex 2008. Since there wasn’t a winter wonder fest due to the escalator incident that happened at the summer wonder fest, I’m pretty much looking forward to this event. Unlike at the last wonder fest where there was already a very very long queue when I got there at 11, I’m hoping that I can beat the queue this time… Let’s see how it goes. I can never beat those guys who queued overnight in the blistering cold. ^^.
