    Those are already in the current OS, you just need to input かおもじ to have them pop up ^^ Haven’t tried with the Kana keyboard, but those are the same ones that pop up in QWERTY~

    @Rene is correct; you can already get these in the current OS. They work on any keyboard, and as @Rene says, all you need to type is かおもじ. Great that they’ve made it easier though.
