Now I've pigged out at BBQs, filling my stomach with as much meat as possible, but I think what kills me is the amount of rice they give you with these mega-meals! But it's actually quite smart because the rice will just expand when it gets in your stomach, causing you to feel fuller, longer. Have you ever heard of the American TV show, "Man vs. Food"? This one guy basically goes around different restaurants in the U.S., looking for places that have "food challenges", then he'll compete in them.
