Apparently the difference between oolong tea (烏龍茶) and "black" oolong tea (黒烏龍茶) is exacly ¥251.

Well, Oolong has an oxidation level of 25-75%, so maybe the “black” version is just a higher (or lower which ever way it works) oxidation level?
