Ingenious Parking in Japan

I have to hand it to the Japanese family that lives here. Isn’t this just an ingenious use of space? Also protects the car from birds flying overhead. ^^. Might be a little difficult should the family upgrade to a bigger car. Don’t suppose a 4WD will fit in there. Do you?

At least it’s much better better than this.

I am often paranoid about door dings when I park in public places. I often try to find a spot that has a wall on one side so that I can park as close to it as I can, and leaving more room on the side where another can could park to avoid door dings as much as possible. You know kids these days when they get out of the car, they use their legs to kick open the door. I have seen it!

I’m glad people here are more careful when opening car doors. ^^. How often do you get your favorite parking spot?
