Flying Japanese Students

Keio Flying

Just found out from this flyer that Keio University has student club that takes to the skies every weekends! As a kid, I’ve dreamt of being a pilot after watching…. you’ve guess it, Top Gun. That cool F-14 Tomcat, no longer in active naval service. The US Navy retired it in favor of the F-18 a few years back in 2006. There goes my dream of flying one. Now I can only build models of it. ^^.

Have you ever dreamt of being a pilot? You can probably tell that I like the F-14. There’s just something about that plane. The wings, the twin afterburners… It reminds me of Valkyries! What about you? Have a favorite plane?

I like F-14 too. I saw it for first time on a short TV show called “super carriers” then played hours of flight simulator called “F-14: fleet defender”.

My favorite airplane is the SR-71 blackbird for its mystique aura and the engineering put into it.
