Transformers Takara DVD

My friends visiting Japan bought me a little gift. It’s a DVD boxset of the transformers series in Japan. The headmasters, godmasters and victory series. Have any of you seen any of those? These Transformers cartoons were always showing on saturday morning tv back when I was in primary school. I remember it very well because I used to skip extra classes at school just so that I could watch them. And I turned out alright. ^^. Have to find some time to watch the cartoons and relive my childhood memories. What other cartoons did you grow up on?

    I grew up with Gundam, Macross, Cobra, Future Police, Gold Lighten… didn’t watch much of Transformers tough as we didn’t get the Japanese version of transformers when I was growing up.

    Grew up with Pokemon and Digimon since they were broadcasted weekday mornings. Would have to wake up at 7 just to watch when school started at 9:30.

    I am so jealous of ll the different transformer series that you had the in Japan. Ares were okay but hey dont’t match up with the awesome series that you had growing up. Didn’t know that humans combined with the transformers, looks like it was a great series.
