What I want for christmas… well, one of the things I want for christmas… ^^. is this Super-Secret Spy Lens attached to the Nikon.
Nothing fancy, just a mirror inside that lets you shoot at a 90 degree angle. Check out more about this “lens” from photojojo.com. Took the photos of the lens from their site. There’s a movie of when you might find this “lens” useful.
I find it a rather interesting tool for photographers who like to shoot people. You know how people always have this sixth sense that tingles whenever someone points a camera at them? Do you have that sixth sense too? This could bypass it altogether, which maybe bad for you, lets the photographer capture the natural you. This is what they said on their site.
Remember that very first time you went out with your shiny new SLR, determined to shoot some Pulitzer-worthy people shots? You know, real stuff. Candid shots of people just living their lives and doing real things completely unaware that they were on camera.
Check out the vid there. It’s rather convincing. ^^. Since it’s made in Japan, printed in huge letters on the thing, I wonder if my local Yodobashi carries it. Well, I’ll only know when I go give it a look-see. When shall I go…

Ken Lee highlights a lens which will help both those of us who feel rude taking pictures of people straight on to do so and help those who feel invaded by people who don’t feel it’s rude to be unaware that they are being targetted!!…
for me i’ll love a new lens as well. a f2.8 18-55mm will be nice.
