Continuing from miscellaneous iphone photos, I’m going to start dumping photos I took with my iPhone here. ^^. Having a wordpress app on the iPhone makes it quite a convenient process.
Here’s a photo I took and added the Helga effect to it with the Camera Bag iPhone app. Pretty impressive app. It has other filters for creating different effects too. I highly recommend it if you’re into taking photos… on your iPhone.
Yeap, we have Pepsi white in Japan. I haven’t tired it, but it seems to have some yogurt mixed in? hmm… I’ll give it a try tomorrow and tell you how it tastes like in the comments section. For yogurt-type drinks, I like Calpis water (not soda). If Pepsi white is anything like Calpis soda, it’ll be a once in a lifetime drink for me. ^^.
I was in DisneySea a little earlier this week. Is DisneyLand and DisneySea on your to visit in Japan list? They do have lots of candy for you to buy if you have a sweet tooth.
On a hot sunny day, you can bite or suck Mickey or Minnie’s ears. Ouch. The tiramisu ice cream sandwich was pretty good though.
Road signs in Tokyo have English as well. Makes driving easier for people who can’t read Kanji.
Some magazines, mostly manga and the like, are tied up to encourage customers to buy them. Are magazines in your country tied up too? I find it a little annoying, but I guess if it’s manga, there’s no better way to prevent 立ち読み (literally, stand and read). I remember being chased out of a newsagent in Sydney once… maybe more than once… because I was just standing there reading every comic book they had. ^^. Bad habit of mine.
I saw these 2 guys in the toilet of an izakaya. Being not able to move, they has to hold in. And yes, I did wash my hands before I took this pic.

Duck liver sashimi. yum yum. You can dip it in sesame oil or soy sauce with ginger. I liked it with soy sauce with ginger. Added a little bite to it. You like raw food?
On the left, there’s regular beer and on the right, Yuzu (Japanese Lime) beer. It’s really sweet.

Some article speculating on when the upcoming general election will be held. If you don’t recognize the dude in the picture, he’s Taro Aso. The current Prime Minister of Japan. I like the play of words here. It has the words 目 (eyes) and 解散 (disperse/break-up).
Another rainy day for the bicycles. Personally, I don’t like to leave my bicycles in the rain. There are a couple of reasons like rust etc… but, mainly because it just doesn’t feel right leaving a poor defenseless bicycle out in the cold rain… especially without an umbrella.
This was dinner a few days back. Rasuta ramen… one of my all-time favourites.
Weather is getting rather chilly. Got to stock up on some UNIQLO heat tech gear. Not these ones obviously. ^^. The heat tech undergarments were extremely popular last winter. I only managed to grab 2 before it was all sold out last year. And it was sold out way before it became real cold. Looks like I should go shopping for it soon.
Muji jackets. They come back in season every year.
hmmm… I remember it being one whole piece (?). I just don’t remember how you to get into it though. ^^.

Caramel Macchiatto Mcflurry Kit Kat. Was quite tasty actually. They should make more of these.
¥250 is rather pricy for a box of tissues.
Even for one that has “JAPAN premium” printed on the box.

It’ll be spring after winter. Graduations again. ^^. Many girls rent Hakama to wear to their graduation. I just went in my punk sukajan. ^^.

Most places in Sydney will let you have a read but if you’re gonna abuse it and not buy anything, expect to get chased out!
I’ve never been to DisneySea but it seems fun. Didn’t go because it closed/maintenance. Worst thing about going to Disneyland was finding out Space Mountain was closed! T_T very sad. I wonder how good the ride is now T_T
