Lolols, this reminds me of the scene in Haruhi >.< I think that no matter what country you're in, it is safer to park bicycles in set areas. Since they're easier to steal,l bikes are probably targetted more, I guess... suki´s last blog post..Idle fun

that is a good question. hmm… when in doubt, treat your bicycle as a car. if it’s on the side of the road, you’re double parking. ^^
