Ricoh R8
Me just bought a compact camera. Didn’t have one since I passed my old mju down the sibling chain ^^. Carrying a dslr around all the time is not really a viable option because of its weight. So, I was in the market for a compact. This was the only one that caught my eye. Doesn’t it look simply gorgeous wearing those neat lines? I was see-sawing between this and the Lumix FX500… basically because the fx500 could record videos in high definition. You might want to check it out if you’re interested. It has a touch screen too. Anyway, played with both models and when I tried out the marco mode of the R8 (it can shoot from 1cm away! your figures would love this too.), I fell head over heels in love with her. Yes, my R8 is a sexy she. All the other models didn’t matter. This was the one I want. The R8 is targeted at photo enthusiasts. With me, it was a bulls eye ^^. Hope the weather’s good tomorrow. Can’t wait to take her out for a spin.
